In order to proceed broadcasting it will be necessary to read and accept as follow:
Consent to publication
I do agree on using, playing, publishing and video and/or radio broadcasting of my image, be it even a photograph, of my private data, and the name of my university to any company/ partner / website. The user agrees irrevocably and perpetually with no remuneration, on the right to use the video, in its original length or just in part in any way, for instance playing, creating new videos, editing, modifying or translating, broadcasting, distributing, publishing, patenting and radiobroadcasting the video presented in the format and with any available mean.
Privacy
Private data provided by the user are subjected to information instruments.
Once the user takes note of the law according to art. 13 of the Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, expresses his own consent to the treatment of private data in the terms described above.
www.mediacurriculum.com declines any responsibility for using images, videos, sound tracks and any other product under copyright.
The service offered by www.mediacurriculum.com enables the users to freely insert his/her own videos or audio recordings and make them public to other users.
The responsibility for submitting and publishing is on the user, whom using the service:
· Declares to be 21 years old.
· To be aware that sending video and audio recordings commits himself to allowing mediacurriculum.com the right and the licence, not subjected to remuneration and not exclusive, to use, adapt, publish, distribute, playback and broadcast such video or audio recordings in general and exercise all rights on them until the reversal of both sides.
· Guarantees that video and audio recordings are original and that the user is the copyright holder.
· Guarantees that all material sent fits the law, on the exemplificative but not on the exhaustive basis, the content of the video or the audio recordings is not obscene, defamatory, racial, pedopornografical or violates the rights of intellectual property, moral rights, copyrights or the protection of private data of a third person, the rights of publication and that in general respects what established by the law on Copyright matters (Law 22 April 1941 n.633) and its amendments.
· Guarantees of obtaining all permissions and release to using and broadcasting all material by all people involved, therefore neither the videos, nor the broadcasting by Mediacurriculum.com violates the rights to third people.
· Declares of being aware that mediacurriculum.com has no control and supervision power on video and audio recordings.
· Declares of being aware that responsibility of content of video and audio recordings is pending on the person who sent them.
· Declares of being aware that violation of what is written above might cause the immediate removal of videos.
· Declares of being aware that, should mediacurriculum.com be the recipient of judicial or provisional acts, on the initiative of third people in matter of conduct or modality of use of the service by a user, this, will have to guarantee and keep mediacurriculum.com and/or the companies linked free from any injurious effect produced by the above-mentioned deed, as well as compensating for damages, losses, costs, charges and expenses that might be borne by Mediacurriculum.com and /or companies linked to it as a consequence of using the service.
Sending the video, the user accepts everything above-mentioned and expresses the full consent to their use, including playback and broadcast by Mediacurriculum.com in its web pages, as well as the treatment of private data according to the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003).
